This is a pic of me several years ago – I have been on that journey of trying to get fitter and lose weight. I can help you make small changes just like I did. We have all levels and ages at Bootcamp with a good mix of male and females. Not only will you get a great workout – you will make new friends.

It's true exercise does increase your energy levels. It can be hard to leave the house and turn up, but remember I always say the only bad session is the one you don't turn up to!
