Owner & Chief Instructor
Andy is Ex-military and Police and affectionally known as Sergeant Banter. He started MBF in 2019. He his passionate about social positives of exercise and the benefits to mental and physical health. His favourite saying is 'The only bad session is the one you don't turn up to!'
Stu has been with MBF since the start. He started as a member but through his passion for outdoor fitness he decided to complete his level 2 instructor qualification and is in the process of working towards his level 3. He was in the RAF reserves and loves the social aspect of doing outdoor fitness in all weather's, it just gives that additional camaraderie and the way everyone encourages everyone else.
Through out my life, I have always been active. I started off doing gymnastics from the age of 5 through to 15, I then got involved in MMA with a 3-0 undefeated record and I have now just completed a degree in sport science and pursued a career in personal training!
I always seek to look for different ways to push my clients and make them achieve their goals. I always say 'every goal achieved is one step closer to your dream!'
I have been active my whole life and wanted to turn my passion into a career in 2018 when I qualified as a level 3 personal trainer. I have been fortunate enough to work in 3 different gyms, enabling me to work alongside many people within the fitness industry and gain valuable knowledge along the way.
I love helping my clients reach their health and fitness goals as well as instructing group exercise. I love the community that Andy has built with Military Bootcamp Fitness and it’s a pleasure to be a part of it.
